What will your athlete be doing during our classes?
Class will be begin with an extensive and proper warmup and workout, which includes band exercises, shoulder workouts and plyo ball routine. Each week will include progressive throwing drills in order to maximize efficiency and teach athletes to use their entire body while throwing. We will give athletes the foundation and keep building as the program moves forward. Our philosophy is to show players the way and give them the training they can do outside of class in order to see the best results. Consistency and hard work is the key to building arm strength.
What results can your athlete expect from this class?
You can expect that your player will strengthen their arm, increase velocity, and learn the proper throwing technique in order to ensure durability throughout their playing career. Many players, position or pitcher, lose velocity and cause injury to their arms simply because they are not throwing properly or taking care of their arm in the way that they should.
The risk of these types of injuries can be significantly reduced with the proper warmup, training techniques, and strengthening that the athlete will learn during our program. We hope to establish and motivate them to create a solid routine that will take them to the next level.
