What will your athlete be doing during our classes?
Each multipurpose class will last 60 minutes and is designed to help your athlete improve their speed and agility while also learning valuable core and shoulder strengthening exercises as related to baseball and softball. Learning proper core and shoulder exercises can be particularly important to the athlete’s health as they continue to develop and progress in their careers. Proper footwork and agility can greatly impact the success at any position in the field. Not only will this program run them through all three categories, but it will give these athletes a foundation and program to use for years to follow.
